NWSS Return Policy
The original purchaser has up to 30 days to return any unused product(s) in its original packaging. All returned products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, accessories and labels attached.
Any Alteration to the product(s) will not accepted, as it will void your warranty. This includes any Hardware/Software/Firmware related changes, which caused damage to the originally tested product, unless SPECIFICALLY instructed by Northwest Saber Syndicate Customer Service or Owner. You (the original purchaser) are responsible for the cost and risk of returning products to Northwest Saber Syndicate (NWSS). Trades are not acceptable nor are exchanges of product(s). Any returned purchases that are scratched or show user-incurred damage will be assessed a fee based on sustained damage, including refusal of the return request.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost before or during transit of the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a full refund without actually receiving the products or proof of return delivery is provided.
Upon receipt of returned products, NWSS will inspect the products and, if accepted, will issue a refund to the payment method used on the initial purchase within 3-5 business days.
Return GIFTS/GIFT CARD
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
If the purchase was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you (the receiving customer), upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return based on NWSS determination of product resell value.
If the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the Gifter had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later; we will send the refund to the Gifter.
Trades are not acceptable nor exchange of product. Any alteration to product is also not accepted, as it will void your warranty this includes, but is not limited to, any Hardware/Software/Firmware related changes which caused damage to the originally tested product; unless SPECIFICALLY instructed by Northwest Saber Syndicate Customer Service or Owner.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your product to process your refund.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been initiated.
