Orders are typically shipped the next business day, observing all U.S. Holidays.
Please note that you will be responsible for all taxes, payment method fees, and shipping charges on any and all purchases. We use USPS and/or UPS as preferred methods of shipping. Contact us directly, if you would like to use a different shipping method.
NOTE: NWSS cannot change a shipping address after a tracking number has been provided.
We gladly pay for shipping insurance to guarantee your order is delivered in a trackable and acceptable order. If there is any issue with delivery (lost or missing), NWSS will file a claim based on the USPS or UPS claim date guidelines. Once located or resolved by the carrier, NWSS will ship a replacement order (of equal or lesser value) by the next business day.
If there is damage to the package upon receipt of the package, BEFORE opening the package, please take a picture of the damaged packaging. Then check to see if the shipping damage caused damage to the product(s). If damage was caused to the product due to the shipping, record a video of the damaged product (proving it unusable), and send us an email attaching the picture of the condition of the packaging, and the video of the damaged product, as soon as possible.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US
Yes, we do ship outside of the United States. However, you are responsible for shipping costs, and any taxes, duties, customs, etc.; that your country may impose on you. Northwest Saber Syndicate will not pay your taxes or import duties or any other fees incurred due to your purchase.
Although Northwest Saber Syndicate may provide an estimate of import fees, you are ultimately responsible in researching what your country is going to charge you to import a saber from the United States.
Again, NWSS cannot change a shipping address after a tracking number has been provided.
