WARRANTY INFO

Thank you for your interest in the products and services provided by Northwest Saber Syndicate (NWSS); also known as The Saber Syndicate. Working with NWSS is a very straightforward and smooth process; and our Limited Warranty is no different.

​The Warranty Period is 365 days from the original date of purchase by the original Owner/Purchaser.

The One (1) Year Limited Warranty is non-transferrable. We do not replace nor provide refunds if you are not the original buyer. Proof of purchase may be requested and must be confirmed. 

During the Warranty Period, Northwest Saber Syndicate will repair or replace sabers that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship of the manufacturer.

Some parts are intended to wear out with combat use, like the blades; and some products wear out over time after repeated use, like the Lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. Normal wear and tear on these products is to be expected, and are not considered a manufacturer's defect. However, if you feel these products did not last as long as you expected, please contact us and we will see what we can do to make you happy. Your satisfaction is paramount and we will go to great lengths to keep you a happy customer.

NOTE: Customizing the cosmetics/appearance of the hilt does NOT void the warranty, unless the customization specifically causes damage to the originally tested product. 

Warranty replacements are contingent on completing all troubleshooting steps provided by Northwest Saber Syndicate. If Northwest Saber Syndicate deems the issue to be a manufacturer defect, the defective part will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.

What can void my warranty?

The following information includes, but is not limited to

what can void your warranty for your NWSS Saber:

The Warranty is voided if product was purchased second-hand from the original buyer (or beyond), as we do not replace nor provide refunds if you are not the original buyer. Proof of purchase must be submitted and confirmed. 

Not Following the charging instructions can  void your warranty.
 

Misuse and Abuse voids your warranty, intentional or otherwise.

 

Any Customization/alteration to the product voids your warranty, including but not limited to any Hardware/Software/Firmware related changes that caused damage to the originally tested product; unless SPECIFICALLY instructed by Northwest Saber Syndicate Customer Service or Owner.

WARRANTY RETURN
SHIPPING INFO

If you have contacted us and we have deemed your saber or electronic kit needs to be returned:

one of two things can occur:


1. Any return shipping costs incurred will be refunded based on the amount shown on provided proof of shipping receipt.  See Refund Policy for more information.

 

OR

 

2. We may provide a return USPS Shipping Label to cover shipping for the part to be returned.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your product to process your exchange. If a shipping refund is necessary, the Refund policy will apply. See Refund Policy for more information. 

We will notify you by email when your warranty service has been processed. 

 

NOTE:
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost before or during transit of the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actually receiving the products or proof of receipt of return delivery is provided.
